Description and applications:

Hydrogel is a novel thickening system based on a combination of a carboxymethylcellulose and a network building polymer as pectin that being extracted directly from agricultural residues.

Hydrogel-T has the functions of thickening, suspending, emulsifying, stabilizing, shaping, filming, bulking, anticorrosion, retaining freshness, acid-resisting, health protecting, etc.

It is wide used in bio-plastic production, paint & coating, detergent, mining, construction, ceramic and paper industries.

For paint application, Hydrogel-T is a superior water soluble based on totally natural polymers. Excellent dispersion and solubility make it have good rheological properties, high uniform colour and longer colour resistance. Provides superior resistance to biodegradation, very good balance of ease of manufacture, thickener efficiency, color acceptance and open time. Offers compatibility with other materials such as emulsion polymers, natural & synthetic gums, emulsifiers, defoamers. Imparts very good flow properties. Such a combination permits long-term shelf stability of the paint formulation while simultaneously according effective row leveling, and other important properties to the final paint formulation.

Packing: Packed in multi- layer paper bags with polyethylene inner layer.

Storage: Store away from heat and moisture, preferably at a cool and dry place.
