Carboxyl methyl cellulose is the partial sodium salt of a carboxymethyl ether of cellulose, the cellulose being extracted directly from agricultural residues.

Carboxyl methyl cellulose has the functions of thickening, suspending, emulsifying, stabilizing, shaping, filming, bulking, anti corrosion, retaining freshness, acid-resisting, health protecting, etc.

It is wide used in modern food industry, cosmetics and medicine industries, high tech bio-plastic.

Packing: Packed in multi- layer paper bags with polyethylene inner layer.

Storage: Store away from heat and moisture, preferably at a cool and dry place.
